Our e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the included tool kit and guide.
What kind of warranty do you offer on electrical components?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
